Stephanie Linus advise Nigerians to listen to WHO's instructions amid coronavirus pandemic.
Popular Nigerian actress Stephanie Linus has taken to social media to share her two cents on the coronavirus pandemic. The actress advised Nigerians on how to handle the pandemic and stay safe. In a post shared on her Instagram page, the actress advised people to listen to the instructions given by the World Health Organisation. She asked people not to be afraid or panic. According to her, fear can lead to death even before the virus. She also told Nigerians to try and filter fake news from the real one and not spread false news.
The actress also told people to drink lots of water and make Vitamin C their best friend. She told anyone having symptoms to isolate themselves and call for help to avoid endangering others. Linus said there is a positive side to isolation. She said people get to spend time with their loved ones. She also advised people to pray for the world and let stay positive while they do so.
Popular Nigerian actress Nse Ikpe-Etim, who just returned from the United Kingdom, one of the countries which were listed among the COVID-19 high-risk areas by the Federal Ministry of Health. Upon her arrival, the movie star took to her official page on microblogging platform, Twitter, to share the news with her fans and notify them about what she is doing to keep safe. Nse disclosed that she has started observing self-isolation as advised by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and has been in constant communication with them.
